Bollywood figures have expressed their solidarity with the nation, offering prayers for the safety and welfare of its citizens.
On Thursday, reports indicated that the Indian Army successfully intercepted over 50 drones from Pakistan during a significant counter-drone initiative along the Line of Control and International Borders.

A Call for Responsible Reporting
In light of escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, esteemed poet Kumar Vishwas urged Indian news outlets to avoid broadcasting 'unauthorized' and 'unverified' information. He called on citizens to demonstrate unity, restraint, and responsibility during this critical period.
Kumar Vishwas also released a video commending the Indian Army for their operations against terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. In his message, he emphasized the importance of considering the impact of news on national unity, stating, 'I request the broadcasters of the country, I request the news channels, we have celebrated your Holi, your Diwali, your New Year, we have celebrated a lot. We have collected a lot of TRP from you by working and watching. We will collect it again. But if you run any news in the newsroom, then always keep one angle in mind: what will be the effect of this news on the other party? How will this news affect the national unity of the country? Will anyone else misuse this news or not? I am saying this because I have gone through this.'
